Once you have placed your order, you will be introduced to your Commercial Account Manager.
Your Commercial Account Manager will update you at four (4) points during the shipping process:
- When your order is dispatched
- Midway through the shipping process
- When your order arrives in your country
- To book in final mile curbside delivery
Once the Reformers have arrived in your country, your Commercial Account Manager will be back in contact with an estimated delivery timeframe. At this point, it is important to have organised strong people to assist in unloading the Reformers from the crate and bringing inside your location. Our Reformers come 85% assembled in the crate (not flat packed). We recommend 3-4 people depending on the number of Reformers in your shipment.
