Every person is different in height, shape, torso and leg length, and we want everyone who uses one of our Reformers to feel as if it was made for them.
For our commercial Reformer range, the spring bar has two or three levels (depending on your model) offering additional options for progression and support of different user heights.
The spring bar option closest to the carriage is always going to be the “lightest” as the spring is under the least amount of tension. The level closest to the end platform is going to make the spring heavier, as it is under more tension.
For taller people, the second or third level of springs not only makes the workout slightly more advanced, but also provides a longer travel time for the springs which helps for users that have long legs.
