Provide 2 weeks' notice to the Customer Success team:
Once your minimum period is complete or close to completion, you will need to provide two weeks' notice by contacting your Customer Success Manager on customersuccess@yourreformer.com.au . They will then organise the pick-up of the Reformers from your facility.
They will then provide you with our ‘What do I do in preparation for my rentals to be collected?’ document to ensure the Reformers are best prepared for collection for an efficient bond return.
