If you’re having trouble connecting Bluetooth headphones to your Kiosk, it may be that there is interference occurring. Here are some tips for best connection practice.
- Close Range: Keep the devices as close together as possible during the pairing process.
- Remove Interference: Ensure Bluetooth is turned off on all nearby devices that aren’t using it e.g. TVs, phones etc.
- Airplane Mode Trick: On some devices, enabling Airplane mode and then re-enabling Bluetooth can help with pairing.
- Ethernet: Any surrounding Wi-Fi may cause interference with Bluetooth as they operate on the same channels. Switching the Kiosk over to an ethernet connection will reduce interference and allow a more stable connection.
